3. Claim Windows & Production

Some products may be offered during limited claim windows.

Orders placed during a claim window are confirmed for production after the window closes. Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided on product pages and in our Shipping & Production Policy.

All timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms, timelines, and rates are outlined in our Shipping & Production Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or external events beyond our control.
