Claim Window

Drop 01 opens February 5, 2026.
The claim window remains open for 72 hours and closes February 8, 2026 (CET).

Orders placed during the claim window are confirmed for production.


Production Timeline

Production begins after the claim window closes.
Orders ship approximately 2 weeks after the claim window ends.

Please note: production timelines are estimates. If production is delayed beyond this estimate, you will receive an update by email.


Shipping Timeline

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International (Non-EU): 7–14 business days

Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing.

  • Germany: Free tracked shipping

  • European Union: Tracked shipping (rate shown at checkout)

Shipping is charged based on destination and order weight.


Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


Address Changes

To request an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, changes may not be possible once fulfillment preparation begins.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)

International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Refused / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping charges.
