Returns & Exchanges Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from asa.community.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, unless an exception applies.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
Unworn and unwashed
- Free from odors, stains, or damage
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Beanies and headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to improper handling
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
Where permitted by law, items produced specifically after a claim window may also be excluded from return eligibility.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if stock is available.
Size exchanges may be requested within the 14-day return window
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion
We do not guarantee availability for exchanges on limited drops.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take several business days depending on your payment provider
- Refunds may be reduced or refused if returned items show signs of wear or use.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfilment has not begun.
Once production is in progress, cancellations may no longer be possible.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
Returns remain subject to the same conditions outlined above
Abuse & Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior.
