How long is the claim window?
The claim window remains open for 72 hours after release.
Once the window closes, no additional claims are accepted.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship approximately 2 weeks after the claim window closes.
Production begins only after the claim window ends. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary slightly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We ship from Germany to:
- European Union
- International (Non-EU)
All orders ship with tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Germany: Free tracked shipping
European Union: Tracked shipping (rate shown at checkout)
International (Non-EU): Tracked shipping (rate shown at checkout)
Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and order weight.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
After this period, changes may not be possible.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law, provided items meet return conditions.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition with tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are any items non-returnable?
Yes.
For hygiene reasons, beanies and headwear are non-returnable where permitted by law.
Items returned outside the stated return window or in worn condition will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are accepted only if stock is available.
Due to limited production, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
Are items restocked?
No.
Each release is limited to a set of 33 . Once a release closes, it does not reopen.
Will prices change after release?
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected by price changes.
